Most items sold by VibratorBuddy.com may be set up for return within 30 days of delivery. If un-opened and un-used(This is for sanitary reasons)* For returns set up after 30 days, VibratorBuddy.com may issue a store credit of up to 25% of the item’s value.

After your return is set up, your item must be received back in the VibratorBuddy.com warehouse within 30 days. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase

Defective Items

If you receive a product that is defective, you may return your product for a replacement or refund. Your shipping charges and restocking fee will be waived.

Please contact Returns: VibratorBuddy.com immediately to arrange for a free return shipping label. When your return is received, we will inspect your product and send a replacement or issue a refund. If your product is found not to be defective, return shipping fees and the restocking fee will apply.
